THE CONFIDENCE OF EXPERIENCE
Between 1993 and 2008, the team at ASPAC turned an industrial waterfront strip along the northern edge of Vancouver’s downtown peninsula into one of the city’s most prestigious addresses. Today, Coal Harbour is a blend of refined residential towers and townhomes complete with an eight-acre waterfront park, community centre, boutique shops and a 250-berth marina.
Now, standing upon the site of River Green, ASPAC is having a remarkable sense of déjà vu. This new site also boasts dramatic, unbroken views across precious waterfront. Like Coal Harbour, it inspires the same pulse-quickening sense of possibility, and soon it, too, will be a teeming hub of urban activity.
